Larry Kangas - A sales leader who gets results.
Larry has devoted more than twenty years of his career to bringing out the best in companies and individuals. A distinguished trainer, lecturer, author and entrepreneur, Larry has conducted hundreds of business workshops and seminars across the United States.

After a successful stint as national sales manager for Whiting & Davis of Plainville, Massachusetts, Larry launched the Human Achievement Institute, a successful Cleveland-based training and consulting firm. He has been a guest lecturer at numerous executive MBA programs, a keynoter at trade shows and conferences. He holds several professional certifications including Train-the-Trainer and TQM.

In 1999, Larry returned to Massachusetts for a two-year contract assignment as Vice President of training and development for a major marketing and incentives firm. In that capacity, he built a national sales force and developed a highly specialized performance improvement program. Immediately prior to joining The Wedge® Group, Larry was hired as Vice President of strategic planning, development and training for RE/Source Partners of Covington, Louisiana to re-engineer and position this multi-state real estate processing company for profitability and its eventual sale in February 2003.

An entertaining speaker with a rich repertoire of experience from which to draw, Larry is an economics and education graduate of St. Anselm College of Manchester, New Hampshire.
