The 12-month goal setting plan in iWin has really helped us map out (and track), down to the day, how much activity is required to hit our targets. It’s made the goal setting process very simple and clear, which I truly believe has caused the goals to seem more easily attainable.

We weren’t getting the results that we wanted from the previous sales training program. We chose iWin since, compared to other options, it appeared to be the best program to assist us in getting to the next level, particularly with respect to new business, an area where we had been struggling.
What I like about iWin and The Wedge Sales Process is that it enables us to really dig into how their current broker is servicing them or (hopefully) not servicing them and get that buyer to see that there’s a better way. Our producers are on board and being trained in this process. With all the training videos that are available and with the components of iWin, we are much better prepared. We can then question the prospect on what they’re getting and what they’re not. That’s when the light goes off in their head and they say “hello, yeah we like our current guy, he’s nice but he’s not doing what you’re doing and what you’re doing makes a heck of a lot of sense so I think it’s time for a change.” And that’s really exciting. We’re clear we’re headed in the right direction and I’m very optimistic about the future.
Pre-Call Strategy in the Prospect Management module has helped us better prepare and focus on upcoming prospect meetings. We only get so many “at-bats”, we better be prepared!

Going into our third year, I can say that we are excited about the prospects of continuing our relationship with iWin. It all starts with goal setting. 12 month, 3 year and 30 year time line really brings reality to the forefront. 85% of my Wedgies (producers) are young (in their thirties). Most of them have children, or have a few in the oven. Setting their income goals is done with the family in mind. This is an awesome motivator and reminder that they do this for more than themselves but, for the family too.
Being able to attack your competition at anytime is awesome. Gathering intelligence on your competition, cataloging it, and filtering it to meet your objective enables us to strike against the competition and WIN.
It is always nice to be able to get a refresher course from Randy in video form. For my group, this works well based on the generation. Absorbing the information by video, and then chatting it over is highly effective. The videos are great for me too. I try to watch a video each week to keep my game up.

Over the years, our agency has always had, more or less, arbitrary goals, which the producer didn’t really “own”. The Private Producer Portal in iWin put an end to that. It makes a real difference when the goals are the producer’s own goals.
The prospect management system in iWin not only helped with preparation but also now drives our sales reporting.
I use the videos extensively in training. Both for initial Wedge training and for continuing training in Wedge review sessions. We assign producers to lead these Wedge reviews.
We made a corporate decision about a year ago to re-commit ourselves to a Growth Sales Culture. I now have 10 other producers working with me running sales meeting in each of our offices. They want to be involved because it makes them better producers.

I had the best year in 20 years as a producer this year. I continue to improve and with the wedge process my closing success ratio has increased dramatically. Any agency who is looking to grow and implement a process that will help in that area should talk with Randy and use iWin.
We put all incumbents in with the prospects. It allows us to scout the defense and come up with a game plan to attack their weakness when they run tampa 2 coverage in the secondary.
We use the videos on a regular basis and review them often. It helps keeps us focused.
